Orders
How can I cancel my order?
As long as your package has not yet been sent to you by post, anything is possible.
Just send us an email to hi@zografski.store
If your order is already on its way to you, you still have the option of rejecting the package when it arrives at your door. It will then be returned directly to us and you will not incur any extra costs.
However, if a neighbor accepts it or the package is left at your desired location, unfortunately our cancellation policy applies.
Can I return my order?
The right of withdrawal applies to every order: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an email in good time.
Returns are at your own expense. You can find the cancellation form in our terms and conditions under the "Cancellation" section. When paying by credit card or advance payment, please state the last four digits of the credit card or IBAN.
Please print out the form and enclose it with your shipment.

You can pay for our products on our website using the following payment methods:

How do I pay when purchasing on account?
Purchasing on account is currently not possible.

When sending international shipments, customs duties, taxes and other fees may apply, which are not included in the total price!
If your country is not listed here, please send us a message and we will make sure that you receive your package in your desired country.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery usually takes between 2 and 5 working days.
Can I change my delivery address afterwards?
Unfortunately, this is no longer possible after completing the online order. However, if the package has not yet been sent, you can call us and we will change the delivery address manually.
Payment and invoice
Will I receive an invoice?
You can receive an invoice upon request from our customer service. Simply send us an email with your order number to hi@zografski.store
What do I need to pay attention to when paying with a credit card?
When paying online with a credit card, you must provide the credit card number, expiration date and card verification number.
With this payment method, a so-called "3D Secure window" may appear when entering data. This is an additional method of authentication for online credit card transactions and protects you from fraudulent card use! You will be redirected to a page of your card issuing bank and must enter your special password (agreed with your bank) or a PIN (possibly even a TAN).
If you are unsure about this, please contact your bank directly.
After entering this data, the payment process will be carried out and you can complete your order with us.
